Manual processes for document handling were fragmented and inefficient,
slowing down decision-making and increasing risk of errors.
Designed a document workflow from scratch for a fintech platform,
reducing manual effort and improving clarity in complex operations.
Role:
Led the end-to-end design of the product. Initial low-fidelity concepts
were provided by an external agency; however, after validating them with
internal stakeholders, I redesigned the solution from scratch to ensure
feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
New Contribution to Design System:

Created component specifications and documentation
Collaborated with developers to ensure consistency across the platform
